Job Description

Bilingual Training Specialist, Portuguese

Keeper Security, Inc.

• Deliver structured customer training sessions using established materials and guidance to support the adoption of Keeper products • Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and (where applicable) webinars while encouraging participant engagement and interaction • Use and maintain existing training materials and learning resources, contributing minor updates or improvements when identified • Incorporate approved interactive elements into training sessions to support engagement and learning retention • Engage with customers to understand training needs and gather feedback through undefined processes • Provide post-training follow-up and basic support to reinforce learning outcomes and address common questions • Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions and customer interactions to support continuity • Follow established training standards, workflows, and documentation practices • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English, both verbally and in writing • Support basic LMS user needs, including login questions, course access, and directing users to appropriate training resources • Assist with updating training modules and materials in accordance with established approval and review processes

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment
  • Bilingual with English and Portuguese fluency (both verbal and written)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels
  • Ability and willingness to consistently maintain working hours
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with Google Docs and MS-office tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones
