Sales Agent – Educational Advisor

• Conduct advisory and informational conversations with prospects by phone and video call • Analyze each prospect's starting situation and training needs • Advise on our training programs and government funding options • Support prospects throughout the entire advisory and decision-making process • Follow up with prospects and carry out follow-ups • Prepare and send training offers • Maintain and document all activities in the CRM system • Work closely with participant management and other departments • Achieve shared advisory and sales targets

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience as an educational advisor, training consultant, or in a comparable role at an educational provider
  • Experience advising on state-funded training programs
  • Solid knowledge of the funding landscape and the relevant application and approval processes
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Confident presence in phone and video consultations
  • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Confident use of CRM systems
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
