Role Description We are looking for a Head of Affiliates who will take full ownership of affiliate strategy, team leadership, partner relationships, and overall program performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has already built or scaled affiliate departments and is ready to take responsibility for delivering results at the program level. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Marketing, including at least 1 year in a Team Lead or Head of Affiliates role. - Proven track record of scaling FTD volumes across Tier 1 markets. - Deep understanding of CPA, Hybrid, and Revenue Share partnership models. - Experience managing Affiliate Managers and team leads. - Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Affilka (SoftSwiss), ReferOn, NetRefer, or similar solutions. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and ROI modeling. - Fluent English, both written and spoken. Requirements - Experience working with CRM systems such as NetHunt, HubSpot, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of postback configuration, tracking setups, and marketing automation tools such as Make. - Experience with Google Apps Script or other automation solutions. - Existing network of Tier 1 affiliate partners and industry contacts. Responsibilities - Strategy & Growth - Develop and execute affiliate acquisition strategies across Tier 1 markets. - Define quarterly OKRs, FTD targets, and growth plans across brands and GEOs. - Monitor performance against key business KPIs and identify growth opportunities. - Identify and prioritize new affiliate channels, including SEO affiliates, PPC networks, influencers, and sub-affiliates. - Manage the entire deal pipeline, from prospecting and negotiations to traffic launch and volume scaling. - Team Leadership - Lead and develop a team of Affiliate Managers while building a scalable affiliate department structure. - Define team goals, processes, and performance standards. - Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. - Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results. - Own hiring, onboarding, and professional development of Affiliate Managers. - Partner Management - Build and maintain C-level relationships with strategic affiliates and affiliate networks. - Lead negotiations and approve commission structures while ensuring deal profitability. - Monitor traffic quality, fraud thresholds, GEO-specific requirements, and regulatory compliance. - Handle escalations related to tracking, postbacks, attribution, and disputed payments. - Analytics & Reporting - Own weekly and monthly reporting across brands and GEOs, including FTD, NGR, ROI, and ROAS metrics. - Analyze affiliate cohorts and partner profitability to drive data-based scaling decisions. - Collaborate with IT teams on Affilka setup, API integrations, and process automation. - Present performance updates, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management. - Compliance & Governance - Maintain and update Affiliate Terms & Conditions across multiple GEOs. - Monitor brand safety, including trademark bidding, spam activities, and unauthorized placements. - Ensure affiliate activities comply with internal policies and market regulations.
