Role Description We're looking for a Senior Product Manager - Growth & Monetization to own our purchase flows, pricing surfaces, and conversion mechanics that turn interested users into paying members. Beyond the consumer-facing experience, you'll also own the monetization capabilities that power it. - Drive the product vision for how we model offers, configure pricing, and build internal tooling. - Lead a cross-functional pod (Mobile, Web, Backend, QA, Design) and partner closely with Marketing, Data, and vertical teams. - Report to the Director of Product Management, Growth, and work across Hunt, Offroad, Backcountry, and Fish verticals. Qualifications - Eight (8) years of relevant experience, with at least four (4) years in product management at a consumer-facing mobile software company. - Proven experience with subscription monetization: paywalls, pricing surfaces, checkout flows, or in-app purchase. - Strong experimentation instincts: designed and interpreted A/B tests that drove real decisions. - Fluency with data: able to pull own analysis, spot patterns, and translate metrics into product strategy. - Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate product workflows. - Clear, concise communicator: written and verbal with a track record of influencing without authority. - Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and competing priorities. - A shared passion for and ability to demonstrate onX’s Company Values.
