• Contribute to the Creators Product Roadmap – Partner with product leadership to help shape and execute the roadmap for HighLevel's Courses platform, serving 1.1M+ monthly active learners, with a focus on engagement, completion, and retention in a B2B2C environment. • Own Defined Areas of the Learner Journey – Take end-to-end ownership of specific segments of the learner experience — from first course interaction through completion and repeat engagement — identifying friction points and opportunities to improve learner outcomes. • Support Learner Growth & Monetization – Contribute to initiatives that improve learner adoption, stickiness, and outcomes while supporting revenue expansion through better course discovery, consumption, and progression experiences. • Deliver Core Learning Experiences – Lead the development of features that enhance course creation, consumption, progress tracking, and learner success at scale. • Champion UI/UX Excellence – Partner closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, accessible, and mobile-friendly learning experiences with a strong emphasis on usability and performance. • Experiment & Optimize – Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, improve engagement metrics, and optimize learner journeys across web and mobile. • Support Scale & Reliability – Contribute to ongoing improvements in platform scalability, performance, and reliability to support a large and growing learner base. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work across engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive adoption and improve learner satisfaction. • Leverage Data for Decisions – Use analytics and experimentation insights to prioritize roadmap investments and measure product impact. • Deliver Outcomes, Not Just Features – Drive measurable improvements in learner engagement, retention, completion rates, and overall platform growth within your areas of ownership. • Support Activation & First-Value Initiatives – Contribute to identifying and optimizing learner activation milestones (e.g., first lesson completed, first course finished) that correlate with long-term retention and monetization. • Track Metrics & Business Impact – Own and report on success metrics for your areas, including learner activation rate, course completion rate, time-to-first-value, retention cohorts, and revenue per learner, using data to continuously refine product strategy.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful exposure to B2C or B2B2C learning platforms, content products, or creator-focused SaaS.
- Proven track record of shipping product features that drive measurable improvements in learner engagement, completion, retention, or business growth.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for learning experiences, with the ability to partner closely with design teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-quality user journeys.
- Experience contributing to creator growth and monetization within subscription, marketplace, or creator-led business models.
- Familiarity with SaaS and creator platform growth levers, including creator activation, engagement loops, retention, lifecycle optimization, and audience monetization.
- Bonus: You have worked on a B2C learning or content platform and can clearly articulate your personal impact on growth, engagement, and learner satisfaction.
