Job Description

SEO, Website & Conversion Manager

fino

• You take responsibility for our organic reach, our websites and the performance behind them. • Your goal is not to report rankings or write strategic papers, but to ensure more people find our solutions, use our websites and become qualified leads. • You are responsible for the ongoing development of our entire web presence: from SEO strategy to website structure to conversion optimization. • You work data-driven, make decisions based on facts and consistently implement actions. • Success for us is not "more traffic", but sustainable growth in organic visibility, more qualified visitors to our websites, increasing conversion rates and lead numbers. • You work independently, analytically and with a clear focus on impact. • You further develop our SEO strategy and implement it independently — technically, structurally and in terms of content. • You analyze rankings, search behaviour and competitors and derive concrete measures from this. • You optimize landing pages, conversion funnels and user experiences with the aim of generating more qualified leads. • You define website structures, content, features and user journeys and work closely with development, marketing and other teams. • You manage our AI-supported content process and ensure that content meets both search intent and quality standards. • You further develop existing tracking and analysis concepts and ensure a clean data foundation. • You identify optimization potential, prioritize measures and implement them consistently. • You work with clear KPIs and review the success of your measures based on measurable results.

Job Requirements

  • You have solid experience in SEO and have demonstrably built rankings, visibility and organic traffic successfully.
  • You understand technical SEO as well as content SEO and search intent.
  • You have experience in conversion optimization and can demonstrate how your measures led to more leads or revenue.
  • You have already been responsible for websites or web projects and managed their strategic and operational development.
  • You are proficient with web analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 as well as event and conversion tracking.
  • You can interpret data, recognize correlations and derive concrete recommendations for action.
  • You have a good sense for high-quality content and recognize which content convinces both users and search engines.
  • You work independently, in a structured way and take responsibility for results.
  • You bring strong implementation skills and want to not only plan things but also realize them.
  • Your place of residence and work is in Germany.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS or software environments.
  • Experience with modern content and AI workflows.
  • Knowledge in CRO, UX or data-driven marketing.
  • Experience with CMS systems, web projects and collaborating with development teams.

Benefits
