• Conduzir o ciclo completo de CRO: identificação de oportunidades, formulação de hipóteses, priorização, desenho de testes, execução e análise de resultados. • Planejar, executar e analisar testes A/B, A/B/n e multivariados, garantindo rigor estatístico (significância, poder do teste, tamanho de amostra) e leituras confiáveis dos resultados. • Mapear e documentar a jornada do usuário, identificando pontos de fricção, abandono e oportunidades de otimização ao longo do funil. • Definir e manter o data layer e os planos de tagueamento (measurement plans), assegurando uma coleta de dados consistente e confiável. • Implementar e dar manutenção em rastreamento via Google Tag Manager, GA4 e demais ferramentas de coleta e análise. • Construir dashboards, relatórios e análises que traduzam dados em recomendações acionáveis para os times de produto, marketing e UX. • Colaborar com squads multidisciplinares (Produto, UX/UI, Engenharia, Marketing) para implementar variações de teste e priorizar o roadmap de experimentação. • Disseminar a cultura de experimentação e tomada de decisão baseada em dados na organização.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência sólida com CRO, metodologias de experimentação e testes A/B (desenho, execução e análise).
  • Domínio de ferramentas de experimentação (ex.: Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Google Optimize ou equivalentes).
  • Conhecimento prático de toda a cadeia de Digital Analytics: coleta (tagueamento, data layer), processamento e análise de dados.
  • Proficiência em GA4 e Google Tag Manager.
  • Fundamentos sólidos de estatística aplicada à experimentação (significância estatística, intervalos de confiança, tamanho de amostra).
  • Capacidade analítica para transformar dados em hipóteses e recomendações claras.
  • Entendimento de funil de conversão, comportamento do usuário e métricas de produto/marketing.

Role Description We are currently seeking a Data Conversion Analyst to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US). The Data Conversion Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful migration of data from legacy systems to the new Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) and facilitating accurate and efficient data transformation processes. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including project teams and subject matter experts, to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance throughout the conversion process. - Conduct comprehensive assessments of legacy data structures to identify data elements for migration. - Develop and document data mapping specifications to ensure accurate data transformation. - Implement data cleansing processes to prepare data for migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Execute data migration processes, monitoring for errors or discrepancies and addressing issues as needed. - Perform validation checks on migrated data to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate data migration progress. - Prepare reports summarizing data conversion outcomes, including any challenges encountered and resolutions implemented. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance data conversion processes. - Effectively communicate with the client and other project stakeholders. - Demonstrate an understanding of business and technical requirements gathering and support functional workflow, business process, and information flow discussions.
