• Develop and implement effective medium to long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue targets with Direct Graphic Manufacturers. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers to support our performance-driven sales culture. • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to grow the business together and instill loyalty. • Lead the sales organization in Brand Account and Direct Graphic Manufacturer joint business planning, forecasting and sales execution to deliver targets. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement. • Drive operational rigor to optimize team and sales effectiveness and improve customer service. • Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to develop strategies to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Seven (7) combined years of sales, sales management, or product & application training experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution
- Direct B2B management Skills include marketing, sales, or strategic planning
- Sales experience, specifically Key Account Management, Brand Engagement and customer focused selling skills
- Market segment analysis to stratify existing & new target customer base
- Cross functional leadership including NPI hopper development & prioritization
- Experience with Direct partner management and sales strategies
- Financial acumen, influence, value communicating, expert presentation skills
- Channel management and selling skills experience with ability to develop account business plans based on priorities that will exceed forecasts over a sustained period
- Selling through specification programs (spec-based business)
- Strong analytical skills including the use of Salesforce/CRM systems, Microsoft Power BI/Salesdesk, excel and PowerPoint

• Advertiser fully onboarded, up to 10 per month, including obtaining Advertiser intake, scheduling interviews when relevant, liaising with Advertiser Strategist, Senior Account Manager, and Advertiser Traffic. • Proactively address issues on due dates and deliverables with Advertiser. • All sponsor requirements are received, approved and delivered within deadline, including payments, agreements, the advertiser’s creative assets such as landing pages and lead magnets, and calls to action. • Proactively contact the advertiser regarding sponsor requirements and their deadlines. • Average satisfaction of all advertisers reported at >9/10 or >4.5/5. • Proactively address strategy, insights, opportunities, and relationship with advertiser. • Advertiser goes to you for all questions and issues on strategy, opportunities, insights, and working relationship. • Every advertiser question, comment, concern, responded to within 3 business hours (9a - 5p EST, Monday - Friday).
