Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Business Process Owner Labeling to join the Process Department within EMD Electronics. In this pivotal role, you will lead the labeling stream in SAP ERP projects, focusing on current labeling processes while driving the design and implementation of a new global labeling solution. - Strategically steer the operational and strategic activities for ERP projects, ensuring labeling requirements are seamlessly integrated into system designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement a global labeling solution that aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements. - Evaluate current labeling processes to identify opportunities for optimization and standardization. - Ensure compliance with global labeling standards, regulations, and best practices. - Oversee training programs and guide key stakeholders on labeling processes and systems. - Work closely with IT and project teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of labeling solutions within ERP systems. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; 5+ years relevant job experience in the domain may substitute for formal education. - Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems (preferably S/4HANA) and ERP projects, with a functional focus on logistical integration. - Proven track record in designing and implementing logistically integrative solutions at a global scale. - Experience working in or with global teams. Requirements - Extensive experience in labeling processes, preferably within the electronics industry. - Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with labeling solutions. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements for labeling in the electronics industry is a plus. • Serve as a force multiplier to the Executive Vice President of Engineering and other engineering leaders, helping translate executive priorities into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans • Improve engineering prioritization, planning, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives • Build and scale operating systems that increase visibility into performance, resourcing, and technical execution • Lead high-impact, cross-functional engineering initiatives from ambiguity to shipped outcomes • Strengthen the foundations for engineering scale, including org design, hiring alignment, documentation, and ownership clarity

• Own and continuously improve Morty’s core operational workflows and systems • Diagnose operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions • Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into operational reality • Build structure, processes, and internal infrastructure to support scale • Develop metrics, tracking systems, and decision-support frameworks • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, and customer experience • Serve as a central point of ownership for mission-critical operational priorities • Operate comfortably across both strategic and deeply tactical work

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, shadowing, and workshops to understand current workflows and pain points • Map and document end-to-end processes (handoffs, ownership, tooling, and dependencies) • Analyze operational data to quantify inefficiencies, errors, cycle times, and cost drivers • Perform root-cause analysis and prioritize improvement opportunities based on impact vs effort • Design redesigned workflows, SOPs, and operating playbooks that improve scalability and reliability • Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement automation or tooling improvements • Lead rollout of new processes, including training, communication, and change management • Monitor adoption and compliance, addressing resistance and refining processes as needed • Measure post-implementation performance against baseline metrics and report outcomes • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, dashboards, and ongoing optimization initiatives
