Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Business Process Owner Labeling to join the Process Department within EMD Electronics. In this pivotal role, you will lead the labeling stream in SAP ERP projects, focusing on current labeling processes while driving the design and implementation of a new global labeling solution. - Strategically steer the operational and strategic activities for ERP projects, ensuring labeling requirements are seamlessly integrated into system designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement a global labeling solution that aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements. - Evaluate current labeling processes to identify opportunities for optimization and standardization. - Ensure compliance with global labeling standards, regulations, and best practices. - Oversee training programs and guide key stakeholders on labeling processes and systems. - Work closely with IT and project teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of labeling solutions within ERP systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of labeling processes within the Electronics division. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; 5+ years relevant job experience in the domain may substitute for formal education. - Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems (preferably S/4HANA) and ERP projects, with a functional focus on logistical integration. - Proven track record in designing and implementing logistically integrative solutions at a global scale. - Experience working in or with global teams. Requirements - Extensive experience in labeling processes, preferably within the electronics industry. - Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with labeling solutions. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements for labeling in the electronics industry is a plus.
