Role Description - Manage, consult and execute technical implementation of Adobe tagging across Citizens Bank sites and digital assets in Ensighten Tag Manager. - Oversee tagging implementation and configuration of Ensighten Tag Manager. - Validate and troubleshoot tagging & tracking issues as they occur – communicating status/next steps until resolution with all relevant stakeholders. - Work with internal teams & partners in support of tagging needs/management (approvals) for eBusiness reporting, Paid advertising, testing (Adobe Target), etc. - Create and maintain tagging documentation as well as manage technical requirements. - Catalog tagging implemented on Citizens Bank sites and beyond. - Assist in the development of customer servicing reporting and tracking requirements for products and features across Online Banking and Citizens Bank Mobile App. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital Sales, Digital Banking, etc.) to provide tracking solutions and analysis specific to each particular team’s needs. Qualifications - Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the role, as Software Developer, or a related position. - Three (3) years of experience must include: - Utilizing Ensighten and Adobe Launch to manage, deploy, and optimize website tags and analytics tracking ensuring seamless data collection and improved digital analytics insights. - Capturing web analytics data using Adobe Launch and storing using Adobe Analytics. - Configuring OneTrust Consent management product for cookie consent and data compliance. - Utilizing Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to deliver insights on web traffic, user engagement, and business conversions. - Utilizing JavaScript to configure and customize event tracking for web and mobile applications with in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Launch, enabling accurate data collection and advanced analytics reporting. - Deploying JavaScript tags and pixels to capture conversions in Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. - Utilizing debugging tools, including Google Chrome Developer tools, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles proxy, and Omnibug, to validate site tags across websites and mobile apps. - Creating and managing deep links to optimize user navigation and track specific user interactions across web and mobile platforms. - Utilizing Xcode and Android Studio to test mobile analytics implementation for IOS and Android applications, ensuring accurate tag implementation and event tracking and data integrity for analytics. - Utilizing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Workspace to set up and maintain tracking configurations for websites and digital media platforms. - Validating and implementing event tracking and tag data in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to ensure accurate data capture and reporting. - Generating and maintaining regular reports and interactive dashboards using Adobe Analytics Workspace to visualize and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics across organizations. - Utilizing JIRA to create tickets and respond to inquiries.
