Responsibilities include: - Possess a strong understanding of what qualifies a lead to be transferable to the sales team - Make a great first impression when speaking with leads - Correctly qualify leads for Aptive's service - Input data into the leads contact record without errors - Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the sales team - Have a positive attitude and contribute to Aptive's call center culture in a meaningful way - Inbound Setters: Answer all inbound calls that are presented to you. An answer rate of 98%+ is to be expected - Outbound Setters: Make outbound calls in a high-volume environment Qualifications - Education: High school graduate or GED preferred - Experience: Sales, call center, and pest control experience highly preferred.
