People Operations Coordinator

Role Description The People Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily People Operations by managing high-volume administrative processes, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring accurate, timely execution of employee lifecycle activities. This role is essential to improving operational efficiency, enhancing data integrity, and delivering a seamless employee experience as we scale up to 500 employees. - Prepare, draft, and distribute HR documentation, including offer letters, employment verifications, and promotion/compensation letters - Manage employee record updates (status changes, compensation adjustments, PT/FT transitions) - Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, ensuring timely documentation and readiness - Administer and respond to inquiries through the HR inbox, routing requests as needed - Process system entries and requests for new hires and employee changes in HR and internal systems (e.g., Samsara, SVB, Homebase, Absorb, Microsoft, Absorb LMS, ADP, Homebase) - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR platforms - Execute HR transactions across multiple systems following approvals - Manage “behind-the-scenes” administrative workflows to enable HR leadership to focus on strategy and communication - Prepare onboarding workflows and ensure system readiness ahead of employee start dates - Coordinate cross-functional requests with payroll, finance, and IT and track key milestones, including anniversaries and performance review cycles - Trigger workflows and ensure timely completion of recurring HR processes Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative support roles - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume tasks independently - Experience working with HR systems (ADP preferred) and multiple platforms simultaneously - Excellent time management and ability to prioritize competing requests - Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset - High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Requirements - Job Type: Full-time - Salary: $40,000 – $47,500 - Location: Remote, with occasional travel to station locations in the USA / Canada and our headquarters (Fort Collins, CO) targeting residents of Dallas, Columbus, Chicago, Boston - Schedule: Standard business hours local time Monday – Friday (CST, EST) Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan - Paid time off - Flight benefits through our airline partners - Company-paid life insurance Company Description The Landline Company is revolutionizing air travel by bridging the gap between regional communities and major airline hubs.
