Business Development Representative, BDR
Supply Chain Wizard, LLC
• Identify and research pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturers • Prospect new accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Run outbound campaigns to generate interest and meetings • Qualify inbound marketing leads • Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM • Work closely with marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting • You will report to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with Marketing and Executive teams.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Organized, self-motivated, and resilient
- Interest in technology, SaaS, and industrial or manufacturing environments
- Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- A specific degree is not required. We care about drive, curiosity, and coachability.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
