Community Manager, Data and Analytics

• Create content several times per week across LinkedIn and other relevant channels: short posts, videos, carousels, product walkthroughs, commentary on industry conversations, and examples rooted in real reporting workflows. • Build Rollstack’s presence in the data community by engaging thoughtfully in the places practitioners already spend time, including LinkedIn, Tableau communities, Slack groups, Reddit, X, meetups, and conferences. • Turn customer use cases into content people actually want to consume: before-and-after workflows, dashboard-to-deck breakdowns, reporting automation examples, QBR and client reporting stories, and “how this team solved it” narratives. • Develop repeatable content formats and series that can compound over time. • Build relationships with practitioners, creators, consultants, and community voices in the BI and data visualization space. • Represent Rollstack at events, webinars, and meetups. • Partner with internal teams to surface the right stories, gather customer insight, and connect community work to business outcomes. • Experiment, measure what resonates, and improve the program over time.
• Own and scale Rollstack’s social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, X, and other relevant social • Produce and publish high-quality content multiple times per week (posts, carousels, short videos) • Turn product capabilities and customer use cases into compelling, visual content • Create: - Customer stories and case studies - Product demos and feature highlights - Short-form videos (e.g., 30–60s clips) • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify content opportunities • Build repeatable content formats and series that compound over time • Experiment rapidly with new content types, formats, and distribution strategies • Engage with the community across platforms (comments, conversations, trends) • Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, pipeline influence) and iterate quickly • Stay on top of trends in social media, AI tools, and the data ecosystem
• Build AI-powered growth systems: Think automated pipelines that take a target account list, enrich contacts, generate ad concepts, write copy, render creatives, and push live campaigns, all in one session. • Run growth experiments: Design hypotheses, build the minimum version to test them, measure results, and move on. Across paid, social, email, community, SEO - wherever the opportunity is. • Amplify distribution: Content that doesn't reach anyone is just a draft. You'll work to amplify our thought leadership and make sure our work gets in front of the right people - whether that's organic reach, sponsorships, communities, or partners. • Use AI natively: You'll use AI tools the way other people use email - not as a novelty, but as a force multiplier on everything from copy to research to campaign setup. We expect AI to be deeply embedded in how you work. • Track what matters and kill what doesn't: With help from RevOps and our Director of Growth, keep an eye on what's working, double down on it, and flag what isn't. We're not in the business of maintaining campaigns for their own sake. • Execute on conferences and events: Rollstack shows up at the events our customers go to - FABCON, Tableau Conference and others. You'll assist with logistics: registrations, booth coordination, scheduling, pre- and post-show follow-up.
• Support and execute go-to-market launches for new product features and updates • Develop clear and differentiated product positioning and messaging • Create marketing content including: blog posts, case studies, product pages, sales collateral, customer stories, webinars and videos • Own the distribution of Rollstack’s story across channels, including LinkedIn, newsletters, product announcements, and community conversations • Ensure marketing content reaches the right audiences and drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation • Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value • Equip the Sales team with sales enablement materials, presentations, and messaging frameworks • Build customer advocacy assets including case studies, testimonials, and success stories • Manage and grow Rollstack’s social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify customer wins, insights, and real-world use cases • Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns to continuously improve messaging and distribution • Own key product marketing metrics, such as campaign performance, engagement, product adoption support, and marketing-sourced pipeline
• Execute High-Velocity Outreach: Lead our outbound engine by leveraging modern dialing tools (like Nooks) to engage with dozens of prospects daily and secure qualified meetings. • Conduct Strategic "Whitespace" Mapping: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify "whitespace" within targeted accounts, uncovering new departments and stakeholders who can benefit from Rollstack. • Create Targeted Account Intelligence: Enhance provided lead lists with light, high-impact research to ensure our messaging resonates with the specific reporting pains of Data, Customer Success, Finance and Operations leaders. • Master the Art of the "Hook": Execute and evolve tailored scripts to capture interest in under 5 minutes, effectively pivoting conversations toward the value of automated reporting. • Capture Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the sales team, gathering initial market feedback that helps our Product and Marketing teams refine our messaging. • Maintain CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records of high-volume activity in SFDC to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate forecasting for the AE team.
• Help build the missing piece of the modern data stack: Reporting Automation • Build new user-facing features with everything from database models to async workflows and UI components. • Develop features like AI insights, native charts, and collections. • Optimize our data synchronization by leveraging better technologies and protocols. • Build integrations with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, and Metabase. • Build integrations with content platforms like Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Notion. • Define and implement best practices with the latest web technologies across the stack.
