ABB
• Responsible for driving sales of ABB Electrification Distribution Solutions products, systems, and services within the Utility segment. • Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening long-term customer relationships. • Manage and develop strategic key accounts within the Utility segment, driving year-over-year revenue growth and expanding ABB’s market presence. • Identify and develop new market opportunities through proactive customer engagement, specification selling, and pipeline development. • Develop and manage OEM and channel partners to ensure effective market coverage, pricing discipline, and joint business planning. • Promote ABB medium-voltage distribution solutions, including protection relay solutions, in coordination with internal specialists and key customers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or technical sales within electrical distribution, power systems, or medium-voltage solutions.
- Strong understanding of medium-voltage solutions such as AIS, GIS, RMU, CSS, and protection relays.
- Experience working with utility companies, EPC contractors, or industrial power distribution customers is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic accounts and manage OEM and channel partner relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
