Role Description In this role, you’ll own paid media strategy and execution across a portfolio of 2-3 accounts, working alongside our designers and account managers. You’ll set the direction on each account - campaign architecture, budget pacing, daily optimization, and performance review, while staying close to the numbers to make informed calls. This role reports directly to the Media Buyer Manager. What You’ll Do - Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts, and launch campaigns on time with zero errors. - Develop paid media strategies aligned with client goals, budgets, and performance targets. - Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization initiatives. - Collaborate with designers to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign concepts. - Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. - Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other platforms to enhance research, reporting, creative ideation, and campaign execution. - Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance, opportunities, and challenges. - By Day 90, you’ll be expected to independently execute campaigns and manage multiple accounts at target performance. Qualifications - 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social advertising campaigns in an agency or in-house environment. - Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. - Exposure to Shopify based e-commerce brands. - Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. - Experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Regular experience using AI tools to improve productivity and marketing outcomes. - Availability to work remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours (9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday). Requirements - Experience with AI-powered creative generation tools such as Higgsfield or Canva AI. - Basic video editing experience using CapCut or similar platforms. - Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads and/or Google Ads. - Familiarity with CRO concepts. Role Description In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing 7–10 e-commerce client accounts. This includes setting the strategy (offers, funnel priorities, email/SMS direction, conversion levers) and directing the media buyers, as well as collaborating with the design and engineering specialist. You will not be just a messenger between client and team: you will own the relationship and the plan. You’ll be expected to think critically about every account, bring growth ideas the client didn't ask for, and defend the numbers in the room. This role reports directly to the Global Accounts Director. What You’ll Do - Own client relationship and be each client's primary strategic contact - Maintain a living growth plan per account: ad angles and offers, funnel and PDP priorities, email/SMS strategy - Identify and prioritize AOV, conversion rate, and LTV opportunities from real performance data, and turn them into briefs the team can execute fast - Identify and close account expansion opportunities across channels, scope, and initiatives - Collaborate with media buying, email, CRO and creative teams on execution priorities - Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights, risks, and recommendations - Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring deliverables launch on time Qualifications - 2–4 years managing and growing a book of e-commerce client accounts in an agency or in-house environment - Expertise in Shopify, WordPress, and Meta Ads Manager or similar tools - Strong understanding of full-funnel e-commerce: Meta Ads, email/SMS (Klaviyo or similar), and CRO principles - Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions - Experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously - Excellent communication skills with high ownership and accountability standards - Availability to work remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours (9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday) Requirements - Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth across DTC or e-commerce brands - Experience in regulated or high-scrutiny verticals (health & wellness, sports medicine, CBD/THC, hospitality) - Lead-generation account experience alongside e-commerce Our Hiring Process - Initial Screening (30 mins): Introductory conversation with the recruiter to assess role fit - Recorded Introduction (1–2 mins): Short recorded video of your introduction - Client Discovery Call (15 mins): Initial conversation with the client to explore role fit - Assessment: Case study assignment to evaluate problem solving skills - Final Interview (30 mins): In-depth interview with the hiring manager for final evaluation - Background Check & Offer: Complete background check and receive offer letter
