• Lead the division’s efforts to connect donors directly with staff in mission partnership. • Directly engage donors and prospective donors, inviting them to become staff and country sponsors. • Lead our development team in obtaining 4–5 new sponsors every month. • Lead the annual camp sponsorship campaign. • Develop new camp funding strategies with the sponsorship coordinator and Development Manager. • Oversee and help execute the camp sponsorship campaign. • Coordinate with Young Life Africa/Middle East staff for onboarding of new sponsors.

• Understands how to pull and aggregate data across primary data sources with some guidance. • Produces & distributes multiple recurring reports or workflows utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. • Troubleshoots front-end report issues independently and escalates when support is needed. • Answers questions & makes updates as needed using knowledge about report logic and relevant data in all reports for which they are responsible. • Participates actively in all working sessions. • Sends recaps from meetings. • Maintains up-to-date documentation for reports, processes, and analysis assumptions. • Keeps track of assigned work & balances multiple priorities in order to complete work timely. • Partners with stakeholders by clearly responding to questions about reports or workflows for which they are responsible. • Raises awareness when issues arise that impact a report(s).

• Initiate and/or maintain ongoing communication with facilities to ensure timely and accurate receipt of each patient's insurance coverage information • Enter insurance information into billing system • Verify patient insurance with payors including eligibility and benefits related to outpatient kidney dialysis • Update Patient Registration and associated systems accurately and as required • Coordinate and partner closely with Patient Referral Coordinators (PRC) to obtain required documentation for successful patient registration • Partner with facility and Insurance Management Team to resolve incomplete registrations • Review registration denials received to determine root cause • Resolve patient account errors that cause registration denials • Help identify process changes to prevent failed registrations • Determine Coordination of Benefits as required; maintain current patient account information at all times • Follow-up as necessary to ensure insurance changes are verified and line of coverage is reset • Submit internal requests, including but not limited to RCUs, SMARTFORMS, PCS Inquiries, SPA Requests, etc., to ensure accurate and timely claims submission to the correct payor • Complete all ancillary reports and assigned projects within established timeframes • Support Patient Account Representatives and other ROPS teammates as needed • Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and DaVita policies • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Develop and coordinate Phase 1 clinical research studies, ensuring all aspects of the study are meticulously planned and executed • Implement clinical research protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines • Collaborate with principal investigators, research subjects, client teams, and clinic operations teams to facilitate smooth communication and coordination • Plan and manage logistics and resource usage for clinical trials, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation • Track study progress and ensure alignment with project milestones, client deliverables, and budget, providing regular updates to stakeholders • Prepare and present study reports and updates to stakeholders, including detailed analysis of study data and progress • Ensure adherence to global and regional regulations and guidelines, staying up-to-date with any changes or updates • Provide guidance and support to lower-level professionals and team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the study, ensuring timely and effective solutions • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all study-related activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
