Senior Analyst, Reporting – ROPS
DaVita Kidney Care
• Understands how to pull and aggregate data across primary data sources with some guidance. • Produces & distributes multiple recurring reports or workflows utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. • Troubleshoots front-end report issues independently and escalates when support is needed. • Answers questions & makes updates as needed using knowledge about report logic and relevant data in all reports for which they are responsible. • Participates actively in all working sessions. • Sends recaps from meetings. • Maintains up-to-date documentation for reports, processes, and analysis assumptions. • Keeps track of assigned work & balances multiple priorities in order to complete work timely. • Partners with stakeholders by clearly responding to questions about reports or workflows for which they are responsible. • Raises awareness when issues arise that impact a report(s).
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma – Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study OR applicable work experience -Preferred
- Analytical & report building skills – Required
- Proficiency in Excel – Required
- Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, and Python – Preferred
- Commitment to DaVita’s Core Values – Required
- Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle – Preferred
- Travel: 5% - 10%.

Role Description ResponsiveAds™ single packaged tag is a fundamentally simpler trafficking model than what agencies and DSPs are used to; one tag, all sizes, no re-trafficking. This role is the technical bridge between our platform and the ecosystem that delivers our creatives at scale. You will own the technical onboarding of Publishers, Channel and new DSP/SSP integration partners, troubleshoot complex trafficking issues for agencies and brands, and build the documentation and tooling that makes RA the easiest creative platform for ad ops teams to work with. You will also support the AdCp standard expansion, working directly with DSP engineering teams to certify new RA tag and format types across major programmatic environments. What You Will Do - Own technical onboarding of new Channel, DSP, SSP, and publisher integration partners from documentation review to first live campaign. - Work with ResponsiveAds Zendesk system to provide support as part of the technical engineering team for 1st and 2nd line support tickets. Document and provide clear reports for the community and partners. - Serve as primary technical resource for publisher, agency and brand ad ops teams on trafficking, tag, and delivery issues. - Build and maintain integration documentation, trafficking guides, and self-serve onboarding materials for each partner. - QA and certify new RA tag and format types against major DSP environments before general availability. - Support the AdCp standard expansion: work directly with DSP engineering teams on schema and tag certification. - Surface recurring ad ops issues as product bugs or feature requests to the engineering team. - Support sales in technical discovery conversations and RFP responses involving complex trafficking requirements.
