Job Description

Senior Analyst, Business – ROPS

DaVita Kidney Care

• Initiate and/or maintain ongoing communication with facilities to ensure timely and accurate receipt of each patient's insurance coverage information • Enter insurance information into billing system • Verify patient insurance with payors including eligibility and benefits related to outpatient kidney dialysis • Update Patient Registration and associated systems accurately and as required • Coordinate and partner closely with Patient Referral Coordinators (PRC) to obtain required documentation for successful patient registration • Partner with facility and Insurance Management Team to resolve incomplete registrations • Review registration denials received to determine root cause • Resolve patient account errors that cause registration denials • Help identify process changes to prevent failed registrations • Determine Coordination of Benefits as required; maintain current patient account information at all times • Follow-up as necessary to ensure insurance changes are verified and line of coverage is reset • Submit internal requests, including but not limited to RCUs, SMARTFORMS, PCS Inquiries, SPA Requests, etc., to ensure accurate and timely claims submission to the correct payor • Complete all ancillary reports and assigned projects within established timeframes • Support Patient Account Representatives and other ROPS teammates as needed • Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and DaVita policies • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of three (3) years' healthcare reimbursement experience preferred; experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of insurance rules, regulations and Coordination of Benefits for federal, state, and managed care payors in multiple states preferred
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required

Role Description ResponsiveAds™ single packaged tag is a fundamentally simpler trafficking model than what agencies and DSPs are used to; one tag, all sizes, no re-trafficking. This role is the technical bridge between our platform and the ecosystem that delivers our creatives at scale. You will own the technical onboarding of Publishers, Channel and new DSP/SSP integration partners, troubleshoot complex trafficking issues for agencies and brands, and build the documentation and tooling that makes RA the easiest creative platform for ad ops teams to work with. You will also support the AdCp standard expansion, working directly with DSP engineering teams to certify new RA tag and format types across major programmatic environments. What You Will Do - Own technical onboarding of new Channel, DSP, SSP, and publisher integration partners from documentation review to first live campaign. - Work with ResponsiveAds Zendesk system to provide support as part of the technical engineering team for 1st and 2nd line support tickets. Document and provide clear reports for the community and partners. - Serve as primary technical resource for publisher, agency and brand ad ops teams on trafficking, tag, and delivery issues. - Build and maintain integration documentation, trafficking guides, and self-serve onboarding materials for each partner. - QA and certify new RA tag and format types against major DSP environments before general availability. - Support the AdCp standard expansion: work directly with DSP engineering teams on schema and tag certification. - Surface recurring ad ops issues as product bugs or feature requests to the engineering team. - Support sales in technical discovery conversations and RFP responses involving complex trafficking requirements.
