Senior Manager – Sponsorship Operations

Young Life

• Lead the division’s efforts to connect donors directly with staff in mission partnership. • Directly engage donors and prospective donors, inviting them to become staff and country sponsors. • Lead our development team in obtaining 4–5 new sponsors every month. • Lead the annual camp sponsorship campaign. • Develop new camp funding strategies with the sponsorship coordinator and Development Manager. • Oversee and help execute the camp sponsorship campaign. • Coordinate with Young Life Africa/Middle East staff for onboarding of new sponsors.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree or above.
  • Extensive Young Life knowledge.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
  • Ability to interface with a sophisticated donor audience.
  • Able to give spiritual leadership.
  • Able to work effectively with all field staff and their supervisors.
  • Able to work effectively as a team member with Young Life Africa/Middle East and Development Services staff.
  • Proficiency in Excel or other reporting applications.
  • Must demonstrate ability to become proficient in Salesforce and the Database.
  • Previous Young Life field experience or non-profit fund development experience required.

Role Description ResponsiveAds™ single packaged tag is a fundamentally simpler trafficking model than what agencies and DSPs are used to; one tag, all sizes, no re-trafficking. This role is the technical bridge between our platform and the ecosystem that delivers our creatives at scale. You will own the technical onboarding of Publishers, Channel and new DSP/SSP integration partners, troubleshoot complex trafficking issues for agencies and brands, and build the documentation and tooling that makes RA the easiest creative platform for ad ops teams to work with. You will also support the AdCp standard expansion, working directly with DSP engineering teams to certify new RA tag and format types across major programmatic environments. What You Will Do - Own technical onboarding of new Channel, DSP, SSP, and publisher integration partners from documentation review to first live campaign. - Work with ResponsiveAds Zendesk system to provide support as part of the technical engineering team for 1st and 2nd line support tickets. Document and provide clear reports for the community and partners. - Serve as primary technical resource for publisher, agency and brand ad ops teams on trafficking, tag, and delivery issues. - Build and maintain integration documentation, trafficking guides, and self-serve onboarding materials for each partner. - QA and certify new RA tag and format types against major DSP environments before general availability. - Support the AdCp standard expansion: work directly with DSP engineering teams on schema and tag certification. - Surface recurring ad ops issues as product bugs or feature requests to the engineering team. - Support sales in technical discovery conversations and RFP responses involving complex trafficking requirements.
