Role Description Vous ferez partie de l’équipe d’assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage des applications des aides BONUS/LEASING au sein de la Ligne des produits Environnement/Santé Direeps. À ce titre, vous participerez à la conception fonctionnelle au sein d’une équipe projet composée de 8 personnes et serez en relation avec le ministère et les utilisateurs de l’application. Vous proposerez des scénarios d’implémentation (user stories) puis le suivi de leur mise en œuvre. - Définition du besoin utilisateurs et donneurs d’ordre - Identifier et prioriser les exigences du ministère et des utilisateurs, en plaçant l’usager au cœur des besoins. - Rédiger les expressions de besoins et documents associés (notes, instructions, guides utilisateurs…). - Animer les ateliers avec les usagers, le donneur d’ordre et proposer des améliorations des processus. - Valider les spécifications produites par la maîtrise d’œuvre. - Support à l’élaboration du produit et au déroulement du projet. - Participer à la recette (plan, déroulé, analyse des dysfonctionnements). - Appuyer le Product-Owner dans l’élaboration des plans projet (estimations, planification). - Rendre compte de l’avancement. - Préparer les supports et animer les formations des utilisateurs, pour la conduite du changement. The Opportunity The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive administrative support to the SVP, Disability Service & Operation. This position requires excellent judgement, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize workload in a complex, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements and prepare expense reports involving currency conversion. - Effectively manage Microsoft Outlook calendar and inbox. - Schedule and coordinate meetings / conference calls; prepare related materials / correspondence; arrange and coordinate complex travel itineraries. - Demonstrate judgement in prioritizing meetings and managing calendar effectively by gaining knowledge on business priorities. - Process expense reports and vendor invoices for reimbursement/payments and reconciliation. - Interface with senior leaders, executive assistants of senior leaders, at all levels of the organization, both within and outside the company. - Coordinate various on-site and off-site meetings and engage with Conference & Event Planning. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms. This role is a blend of executive/administrative support and compliance coordination — managing recurring administrative, HR, and compliance tasks so that leadership can focus on high-level strategy and growth.
