• Partner closely with C-level executives to manage priorities, optimize time, and ensure alignment to strategic objectives. • Proactively anticipate needs and resolve scheduling and planning conflicts. • Own and manage a complex, high-volume executive calendar, driving prioritization and efficiency across internal and external engagements. • Serve as a liaison across internal teams, leaders, and external partners. • Facilitate clear communication, alignment, and follow-through on key initiatives. • Drive coordination of executive-level initiatives, including training, customer engagements, partner interactions, and business planning activities. • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and timelines. • Manage domestic and international travel planning, ensuring itineraries align with executive priorities and maximize efficiency. • Develop and organize high-quality materials to support executive meetings, including presentations, reports, and communications. • Support execution of key events, offsites, and leadership meetings, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and minimal supervision.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and comfort working with evolving technology and processes.
