The Opportunity The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive administrative support to the SVP, Disability Service & Operation. This position requires excellent judgement, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize workload in a complex, fast-moving environment. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Expected to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities - Manage domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements and prepare expense reports involving currency conversion. - Effectively manage Microsoft Outlook calendar and inbox. - Schedule and coordinate meetings / conference calls; prepare related materials / correspondence; arrange and coordinate complex travel itineraries. - Demonstrate judgement in prioritizing meetings and managing calendar effectively by gaining knowledge on business priorities. - Process expense reports and vendor invoices for reimbursement/payments and reconciliation. - Interface with senior leaders, executive assistants of senior leaders, at all levels of the organization, both within and outside the company. - Coordinate various on-site and off-site meetings and engage with Conference & Event Planning. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
