Role Description The client is a leading AI native Account-Based Marketing agency working with incredible brands ranging from early-stage startups to large venture-backed organisations. We are looking for a lead strategist (5+ years), who must have direct B2B experience building demand generation strategies and working across a range of channels, activations and initiatives. You will work with a mixture of clients (B2B companies), helping shape, refine and optimise their demand generation campaigns. Qualifications - 5+ years of direct B2B marketing and demand generation experience. - Great copywriting skills. - Understanding of campaigns (outbound, webinars, video). - Familiarity with SaaS metrics to show true impact from marketing. - Entrepreneurial mindset and a go-getter attitude. - Exceptional communication skills. - Commercially oriented with the ability to identify opportunities in marketing campaigns. - Own work-from-home setup (computer, internet, work space). Requirements - Working directly with a range of clients to help shape their demand generation initiatives. - Running weekly calls with clients to review performance of campaigns and drive optimisations or iterations. - Working with project managers and delivery teams to ensure the standards of campaign creation for clients are met.
