• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, aligning people strategy with business priorities, growth objectives, and organizational performance. • Lead enterprise and portfolio HR initiatives and contribute a clear point of view on talent, culture, risk, and change in leadership discussions. • Lead initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the portfolio. • Provide leadership over HR policies, practices, and programs to support enterprise standards and the evolving needs of Optimal Blue. • Build strong relationships with home office and corporate HR partners to ensure alignment, communication, and advocacy for the business. • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, building capability, accountability, and a high-performance culture within a small team. • Provide strategic oversight for talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership development, succession planning, and retention across the portfolio.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including partnership with senior executives and leadership of strategic HR initiatives across employee relations, organizational development, talent, compliance, and culture.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with current US employment laws.
- Demonstrated success leading HR teams, influencing executives, and building trusted cross-functional partnerships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems such as ADP and Workday.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Role Description UNICEF is strengthening its executive screening and assessment capacity to support recruitment activities for Assistant Representatives, Deputy Representative Programme and Deputy Representative Operations roles. The consultancy assignment is home-based, starting in Summer/Fall 2026. Major tasks to be accomplished - Depending on the role, recruitment context, and business needs, a combination of the following assessment methodologies may be used: - Competency-Based Interviews (CBI) - Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs) - Case studies - Tactical exercises - Role Play exercises - Other Assessment Tools (as needed) The consultants will work with DPC Senior Leadership Support Team recruiters to accomplish the following tasks: - Develop a robust bank of assessment methodologies. - Pilot the newly developed assessment methodologies. - Create a shared calendar for scheduled interviews, assessments, and feedback calls. - Conduct interviews and provide interview reports in a timely manner. - Provide oral feedback (max duration 30 min) to unsuccessful candidates. Qualifications - Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field. - 10+ years of relevant professional experience in assessment design and implementation, talent assessment. - Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and administering various assessment types. - Strong knowledge of psychometric principles, including reliability, validity, and bias mitigation. - Ability to develop robust scoring frameworks and evaluation criteria. - Fluency in English language is required. Fluency in another UN language is a distinct advantage. Requirements - Experience producing assessment reports that focus on strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas. - Experience in executive-level assessment is preferred. - Familiarity with competency frameworks (UNICEF or similar international frameworks is an asset). - Experience working in or with multicultural, international, and geographically dispersed environments. Benefits - The Long-Term Agreement will be for a maximum duration of 3 years. - Initial period would be for 2 years with an option for extension for a subsequent year. - Consultants selected under the LTA would also be made available to all UNICEF Offices.
