• Gain in-depth knowledge of banking teller operations and core banking solutions, including their functionality, integration capabilities, and technical requirements. • Collaborate with the technical team to identify customer requirements, tailor product demonstrations, and presentations to highlight the value proposition of the solutions for banking institutions. • Engage with potential customers to understand their pain points, challenges, and objectives, and provide expert guidance on how the proposed solutions can address their specific needs effectively. • Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations of the banking teller and core banking solutions, highlighting their features, benefits, and how they align with the customer's requirements. • Serve as the go-to person for the client between technical queries and concerns related to the banking teller and core banking solutions, both internally and externally. • Collaborate with product managers and development teams to identify customization requirements and ensure that proposed solutions align with customer expectations. • Assist in creating detailed proposals, including technical specifications, implementation timelines, and cost estimates, to support the sales process and win new business. • Stay informed about the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies in the banking domain, providing insights to the sales team and contributing to the development of strategic sales plans. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, fostering trust and confidence in the solutions and the organization's capabilities. • Continuously monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and industry regulations to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field desirable. A master's degree is a plus.
- Solid understanding of banking operations, specifically teller processes and core banking systems.
- Proven experience in Sales, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing role in the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with core banking solutions, teller systems, and related technologies such as APIs, data integration, and security.
- Strong presentation, communication, and people skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Initiative-taking, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
