• Serve as a strategic learning partner supporting capability development across the IAM organization within the company portfolio. • Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps, assess business needs, and design product, disease, and above-brand learning solutions that enhance skills and drive organizational effectiveness. • Design, develop, and deliver strategic learning solutions that build capabilities and drive performance across the IAM organization. • Lead in designing learning journeys and execute learning strategies aligned with IAM business objectives. • Manage multiple complex learning projects, overseeing curriculum development, and implementing blended learning approaches including instructor-led training, e-learning, virtual learning, workshops, and performance support tools. • Support development, implementation, and sustainment of OCEP-related learning resources and experiences for Account Executives (AEs).
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience in Human Resources, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales, account management, or related sales/account management training experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities

Role Description Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this role will own the strategic management and evolution of CSB’s P3 partner portfolio, with a focus on building and managing high value partner relationships, gifting strategy, increasing content output and ensuring P3 becomes a more intentional driver of brand visibility, community growth and cultural relevance. This role will be responsible for the management and identifying new high-potential creators across priority markets, cultural moments and community-led opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organised, relationship-led and commercially aware, with strong instincts for creator alignment, brand fit and social relevance. Key Responsibilities - Own the day-to-day management of CSB’s P3 partner portfolio, ensuring partners receive a best-in-class experience. - Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, agents and key industry contacts. - Review the existing P3 partner base and support recommendations on partners to retain, nurture, reactivate or exit. - Assist in leveraging data and insights to identify new partnership opportunities that enhance brand engagement and revenue growth. - Ensure all partner communications are timely, premium and aligned to CSB’s brand tone. - Maintain clear visibility of partner status, gifting history, content delivery, performance and relationship notes. - Develop and execute a proactive P3 gifting strategy aligned to CSB’s wider Partnerships strategy. - Identify high-value creators across fashion, activewear, wellness, lifestyle, sport, culture and community. - Build gifting lists around key launches, travel moments, cultural events and market priorities. - Partner with Merch, Retail and Brand teams to forecast gifting volumes and ensure gifting plans are operationally achievable. - Collaborate with the wider Partnerships team to create a strong pathway from P3 gifting into paid campaigns, creator programme participation or long-term ambassador relationships. - Coordinate creator communications, product selections, gifting logistics, briefing notes and content follow-up. - Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Social, Merch and Retail to maximise the impact of P3 activity. - Ensure partners are briefed clearly and activated in a way that feels premium, organic and aligned to CSB’s positioning. - Monitor P3 performance including content output, engagement, partner responsiveness, brand alignment and commercial contribution where relevant. - Maintain accurate reporting across partner outreach, gifting, content delivery and performance. - Share regular insights and recommendations to optimise the P3 portfolio and gifting investment. Qualifications - 4 – 6 years’ experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, talent management or creator relations. - Strong understanding of the US creator ecosystem across key social platforms. - Experience managing influencer campaigns from briefing through to execution and reporting. - Knowledge of influencer contracting, usage rights, disclosure requirements and FTC compliance. - Experience using influencer management platforms and reporting tools. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimisation opportunities. - Strong understanding of brand alignment, content quality and partner evaluation. - Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. - Strong negotiation and communication capabilities. - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and project management skills. - Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to operate autonomously within a fast-paced environment. - Passion for creator marketing, social media and emerging cultural trends. - Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the United States to attend events, activations and creator engagements. - Experience within fashion, activewear, beauty or lifestyle brands is highly regarded.
