Role Overview The Design Lead is a senior individual contributor on the Brand Experience team, responsible for leading creative execution across high-visibility initiatives, with primary ownership of pitch design and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities - Lead design across major initiatives, including all pitch-related creative - Translate complex strategies into clear, persuasive visual narratives - Set and maintain visual standards across brand experiences - Build, evolve, and govern scalable design systems and templates - Provide creative direction and feedback to designers - Partner closely with Growth leadership and senior stakeholders Qualifications - 6-8+ years of experience in brand design, art direction, or experience design - Proven experience leading pitch work and high-stakes presentations - Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint - Full proficiency across Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) - Expertise across Adobe Creative Cloud - Strong systems thinking and presentation skills Additional Considerations - Travel and occasional evening or weekend work may be required - Time in lieu is provided for work performed outside the standard workweek #LI-KW1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
