Job Description Summary: The Director High Voltage is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize High Voltage solutions and ensure efficient and effective operation. This role is fully remote. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process. Job Description: - This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned Position Responsibilities and Duties: - Develop and execute the company's High Voltage strategy in alignment with overall business goals and objectives - Identify market opportunities for High Voltage deployment, including utility-scale projects, commercial and industrial applications. - Collaborate with engineering, operations and finance teams to develop cost effective High Voltage solutions and business models. - Oversee the design, construction and commissioning of High Voltage projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards. - Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and partners to secure the necessary resources and expertise for High Voltage initiatives. - Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of High Voltage professional, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. - Represent the company at client meetings, conferences and regulatory proceedings related to High Voltage.
