• Conduct the customer journey for Tekla PowerFab end to end. • Lead installation, configuration, and delivery of remote and onsite training. • Proactively drive customer success and retention. • Recruit, train, certify, and manage local technical consulting partners. • Create localized support materials for the Brazilian market.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure or software development to support complex scenarios.
- Proven hands-on experience with steel Management Information Systems (MIS) such as Tekla PowerFab/EPM, StruMIS, Steel Projects, or FabTrol.
- Fluency in Portuguese and professional-level English.
- Proven track record of leading successful implementations of new software or digital processes in production environments.
- Functional understanding of steel detailing workflows and BIM methodologies.
