Role Description As a Senior Enterprise Solution Engineer, you will be a key partner in building trusted relationships with prospective enterprise customers, driving simulation and AI adoption across North America. Role Description We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer (AI & Quality) to serve as the ultimate guardian of truth for our data, moving past traditional dashboard churning to shape how our entire organization builds, tests, and trusts its analytics. - Be the quality check on analytics company-wide: - Review data work produced by other teams before it drives major decisions—catching shaky reasoning, bad assumptions, and conclusions the numbers don’t actually support; - Make that quality scale: - Build automated test datasets, reusable checks, and guardrails so quality controls scale across the organization without creating manual bottlenecks; - Take on the high-stakes analysis yourself: - When a business question gets genuinely messy, complex, or high-risk, you’ll own the analytical craft from start to finish; - Own data quality at the source: - Take accountability for upstream data quality and governance, setting the standard for what "correct" data means across Bored Panda’s global operations; - Coach teams on data literacy: - Mentor non-technical teams (especially Editorial) on how to responsibly leverage AI analytics tools, frame questions, and sanity-check their own outputs. Qualifications - 3–5+ years in data analytics, data science, or data quality/reliability roles; - Strong Python and SQL skills; - A strong grounding in statistics/data science combined with a sharp QA instinct; - Comfort utilizing AI-assisted workflows and automated data tools; - Familiarity with high-volume environments (social media, digital traffic, or web analytics) is a major advantage; - Fluency in English is essential. Requirements - Hands-on experience with databases, data modeling, and cloud data platforms (GCP); - Proficiency with GitHub; - Experience with workflow and automation tools like n8n. • Design and develop end-to-end solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud platform, including data modeling, and visualization (knowledge of planning, predictive analytics, and collaborative features is a significant advantage) • Design and implement data models and connections within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ensuring data integrity, performance, and security • Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of SAC applications to ensure quality, performance, and usability standards are met • Design of new reports, interactive Business Intelligence artifacts, or data visualizations • Refinement of data analysis work products developed by other HHS personnel • Migration of data analysis work products from one reporting software tool to another, such as from Crystal Reports to Business Objects • Development of new, or modification of existing, metadata describing data structures and encodings to facilitate end-user discoverability and understanding • Development of new, or modification of existing, aggregations to facilitate analytic performance improvements • Definition of new, or modification of existing, roles controlling access to data analysis work products • Develop, update, integrate APIs/Restful APIs as deliverables for enterprise initiatives and projects • Packaging of data analysis work products for deployment to test and production environments • Analysis and resolution of defects identified in data analysis work products • Create or modify documentation related to data analysis work products • Create or modify training material related to data analysis work products

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports in Power BI tailored to business needs. • Perform efficient data queries and modeling in SQL and Databricks, ensuring data integrity and performance. • Collaborate on data integration and governance processes across multiple data sources. • Interact with sales, operations, and support teams to understand their processes and translate them into actionable BI solutions. • Support automation and optimization initiatives for reporting to minimize operational overhead. • Document data processes, business definitions, and reporting best practices.
