Medical Imaging Field Engineer 2

• You will be servicing MR/CT/MI Equipment in the Kansas City, MO area. • You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites. • You support the diagnostics modalities initially, with potential to cross train into other modalities in the future. • You are flexible and willing to work different shifts and On-Call rotations as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required. • You report to the Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
- 7+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed.
- Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
- Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
- Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.
