• Provide face-to-face supervision and chart reviews for Washington state Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Associate employees • Provide clinical supervision to other staff seeking clinical endorsement • Review and sign off on chart documentation • Complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner • Ensure all persons providing counseling services are functioning within their competent parameters and maintaining education to do so • Audit charts for policy and procedure compliance, appropriate documentation and completion of all internal paperwork and documents • Assist and resource clinical team with needs for ongoing CEU requirements • Create and deliver clinical competency trainings as needed • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care • Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned

• Account ownership: Be the senior, trusted point of contact for lab partners • Scoping & expansion: Turn requests and pilots into scoped engagements • Delivery oversight: Own outcomes across the account’s projects • Commercial sense: Manage scope, pricing inputs, and margin at the account level • Strategic read: Track where each lab is heading, surface the next opportunity

• Answering patient inquiries about Winona’s products and services through text message, email and phone calls. • Making inbound and outbound calls to answer questions or concerns while ensuring a high level of customer service in all interactions. • Delivering information about Winona’s offerings. • Ensuring patient satisfaction and maintaining professional patient support. • Handling patient complaints and identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve issues as quickly as possible. • Keeping records of patient interactions, processing patient accounts, and filing documents. • Assisting doctors with various requests to handle specific patient issues/questions. • Providing excellent service to both internal department teams as well as external customers.

• Query Optimization: Write and optimize complex SQL queries utilizing joins, aggregations, and window functions to extract clean datasets. • BI Management: Build, deploy, and maintain intuitive BI dashboards to give teams clear visibility into key business metrics. • Data Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor data quality, flag inconsistencies, and ensure a single source of truth across all reporting. • AI Prototyping: Use advanced AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or no-code AI builders) to prototype and ship scripts, tools, and workflows. • Process Automation: Identify repetitive manual tasks across the organization that can be streamlined or eliminated through automation. • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate vague business questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations. • Technical Validation: Maintain clear documentation for data pipelines and automated tools so they can be easily scaled by the team.
