• Provide face-to-face supervision and chart reviews for Washington state Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Associate employees • Provide clinical supervision to other staff seeking clinical endorsement • Review and sign off on chart documentation • Complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner • Ensure all persons providing counseling services are functioning within their competent parameters and maintaining education to do so • Audit charts for policy and procedure compliance, appropriate documentation and completion of all internal paperwork and documents • Assist and resource clinical team with needs for ongoing CEU requirements • Create and deliver clinical competency trainings as needed • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care • Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned
