Role Description En nuestro equipo como representante de experto(a) en asesor de ventas serás responsable de atender a los usuarios, brindándoles las mejores soluciones y manteniendo un conocimiento constante sobre los servicios o productos del cliente. - Gestionarás y responderás cuidadosamente a todas las consultas de los clientes entrantes y salientes. - Proporcionarás un excelente servicio mediante la escucha activa. - Trabajarás con información confidencial de los clientes y la tratarás cuidadosamente. - Buscarás resolver situaciones con paciencia, empatía y comprensión desde el primer contacto. - Mantendrás un continuo conocimiento práctico de los productos, servicios y promociones de nuestros clientes. - Documentarás y actualizarás con precisión los registros en los sistemas requeridos. Qualifications - Nivel de Idioma(s): Ingles B2 o más (80%) - Educación: Diploma de Bachiller (copia física o digital) - Conocimientos y/o afinidad en soporte, programación, desarrollo de software y afines. - Residentes en Bogotá. Requirements - Disponibilidad Completa para trabajar en nuestros horarios estructurados de 42 horas semanales TRN L-V 10:00-19:00 / OPS: franja 7:00 - 21:00 (2 días libres a la semana). - Disponibilidad completa para realizar proceso de selección inmediato. - Sin experiencia. - Con habilidades comerciales, buena comunicación y manejo avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas.
