• Provide procedure (in-person and remote) support for SPRINT® PNS • Ensure consistent delivery of SPRINT clinical best practices • Travel to accounts nationwide to provide case coverage when local support is unavailable or in markets without dedicated local representation • Support new account onboarding and case support in collaboration with the Director of National Accounts • Collaborate with territory leadership to support rapid adoption of SPRINT therapy • Provide hands-on training for physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff with the goal of independent account delivery of SPRINT therapy • Deliver training to healthcare providers on: SPRINT therapy fundamentals, patient selection, procedural workflow, troubleshooting • Serve as a clinical resource for health care providers adopting SPRINT therapy • Support patient pre-education and follow-up support to ensure continuity of care throughout the SPRINT therapy period • Support patient experience initiatives when needed • Assist Director and SPRcare to ensure new provider account set-up execution • Assist with Purchase Order Collection • Ensure proper inventory at Independent Accounts or accounts with commercial stocking • May accompany Director or Sales Leadership on sales calls • May provide training and support to new field clinical specialists/case support specialists • Assist in creating/managing leads, contacts, and accounts in SFDC • Assist in the development, distribution, and key reporting metrics of email campaigns • Must keep all credentialing requirements current • Performs other related duties as assigned • Complies with all aspects of the Corporate Compliance Program • Submits product complaints in accordance with company procedures
Principal Systems Engineer, New Product Development

• Provide technical leadership for systems engineering activities across multiple projects and teams throughout the product lifecycle • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in systems engineering methodologies, requirements management, and system integration best practices • Translate voice of customer and stakeholder needs into clear, measurable, and verifiable system and product requirements • Define, develop, and maintain system architecture, including hardware, software, and interfaces, ensuring design traceability through trace matrices and interface specifications across subsystems • Plan and drive system integration activities, coordinating subsystem development, interface management, and verification efforts to ensure cohesive system performance • Engage in and provide technical leadership for system level risk management activities, including failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), hazard analysis, and fault tree analysis in alignment with ISO 14971 and related standards • Oversee system verification and validation (V&V) activities, ensuring complete test coverage against requirements and compliance with applicable standards • Lead and collaborate with technical teams and external partners, influencing technical direction, ensuring design traceability, and driving system-level integration and compliance with functional, quality, and regulatory requirements • Lead system-level design reviews, tradeoff and integration discussions, maintaining documentation within the Design History File (DHF) • Mentor and coach junior engineers, establishing best practices in systems engineering, systems thinking, documentation, and verification activities • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices
• Create and maintain account and territory plans in order to establish and achieve the territory’s sales objectives • Establish and foster a customer centric culture by establishing relationships with physicians and other hospital stakeholders • Adopt a sophisticated approach to professional growth through continuous improvement in the following areas: results orientation, adept management of product approval processes, territory development, and superior clinical knowledge • Contribute practices and creative suggestions to the other members of the team • Utilize computer based customer/account management systems to track contacts, activity and follow up • Complete timely activity reports and deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews as requested • Assist with trade show exhibits and attend periodic company sponsored sales meetings • Work with surgeons to increase exposure through SPR presentations at Grand Rounds, journal club meetings and poster presentations • Assist with identification of cases for case studies, white papers and video library additions • Remain current in all RepTrax and similar third party accreditation requirements to ensure full access to each target account • Contribute and assist with project team activities as assigned, including team participation. • Coordinate and facilitate the hospital product approval process • Assist with identification of additional target hospitals and physicians within territory • Assist with training of surgeons and hospital staff

• Lead the development of next-generation mobile, backend, and cloud-connected solutions for regulated medical devices and digital health products • Shape system architecture, review technical deliverables, and ensure that digital health products are secure, scalable, and compliant with regulatory expectations • Partner with internal teams and contract developers to plan, integrate, and deliver mobile, cloud, and device-connected digital solutions • Provide technical guidance to ensure products meet clinical, regulatory, cybersecurity, and business requirements • Manage architectural decisions, enforce lifecycle processes, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across internal and outsourced contributors • Oversee outsourced development for mobile applications and backend services, ensuring alignment with SPR’s standards and regulatory needs • Collaborate with cybersecurity and development partners to embed security-by-design and privacy principles into software development • Strengthen SPR’s digital software development framework, templates, and toolchain
