Pediatrician Growth Consultant
UCSF Pediatrics
• Support the launch of behavioral health and medical services in Arizona • Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes • Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation • Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations • Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch • Conduct user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape • Identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate
Job Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
- Board-certified Pediatrician
- Active DEA registration
- Ability to credential with commercial and government payers
- Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred
- Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities
- Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred
- Arizona State residency required
