Role Description The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering financial insights that drive organizational performance. This position partners with operational and executive leaders to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management activities, while developing financial models, analyzing variances, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable recommendations. Role Description We are looking for remote BCBAs to provide a minimum of 20 hours of weekly clinical oversight for a caseload of up to 6 clients (typically 4-5 hours per week per client) including RBT supervision and parent training. Clients served at Applied Behavior Center for Autism range between the ages of 2 and 21, have a primary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, and receive ABA therapy in a clinic setting. Qualifications - At least two years of experience as a BCBA - Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) - Active Indiana Behavior Analyst License (LBA) Requirements - Provide 4-5 hours of consultation per week for each client - Create and maintain appointment schedules in Aloha - Ensure accurate and timely completion of session notes in Motivity at the end of each session - Update each client's programming goals and behavior intervention plan as needed - Meet with parents at least once a month to discuss progress and provide parent training - Provide training and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians during your consultation sessions - Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and ethical practice Benefits - 16 hours of paid training upon hire to become comfortable with company policies and procedures - Flexible self-scheduling - you will work directly with the Branch Manager of the location(s) you are assigned to provide consultations around your schedule - Free CEUs available via attendance at clinical meetings (we are an ACE Provider) (time not eligible for reimbursement)

• Support workforce planning activities through development and maintenance of staffing models, forecasts, and capacity analyses • Analyze staffing gaps, labor utilization, hiring plans, transfers, and workforce trends • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce planning processes • Validate workforce assumptions and ensure planning models accurately reflect operational needs • Monitor staffing performance against budgeted and planned targets • Develop, maintain, and automate recurring workforce and operational reporting • Produce analyses that identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers • Create dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations to support operational and leadership decision-making • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across workforce planning and reporting processes • Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from operational leadership • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort • Develop and maintain automated reporting tools and analytical solutions • Document processes, methodologies, and reporting standards • Partner with technology and operational teams to improve access to workforce and operational data • Assist with project tracking, readiness assessments, staffing analyses, and implementation planning • Provide analytical support for special projects and organizational priorities • Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting for cross-functional initiatives • Serve as a trusted analytical resource for Workforce Capacity Management and operational leadership • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner • Collaborate effectively across departments to support workforce and operational objectives • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and responsiveness in support of business needs

• Analyzes and resolves issues reported by external and internal users. • Attends and/or facilitates new group implementation meetings to obtain detailed benefit information. • Collaborates with Legal to resolve compliance issues. • Coordinates Plan Document language with the Benefit team for purposes of system configuration and benefit administration. • Ensures systems configuration leadership is aware of problems and the actions taken to correct problems. • Develops and maintains Plan Documents, amendments, Summary Plan Descriptions, and Summaries of Benefits and Coverages; ensuring that all documents are signed or approved in a timely manner by the Plan Administrator through direct contact with the Plan Administrator and coordination through the regional offices. • Maintains electronic storage of Plan Documents and amendments for internal staff and Web-based storage for the clients. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Provides support to the Benefit Team and internal team. • Utilizes an internet-based Plan Document system to create the initial Plan Document template. Creates and maintains libraries for the purposes of custom-tailoring of each document with language specific to the plan administration, benefit plan design, and client practices.
