Role Description The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering financial insights that drive organizational performance. This position partners with operational and executive leaders to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management activities, while developing financial models, analyzing variances, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable recommendations. The role is responsible for: - Preparing annual budgets and long-range plans - Facilitating monthly financial reviews - Developing business cases - Supporting management and compliance reporting - Leading special projects that enhance operational effectiveness and advance the organization’s strategic objectives Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field. Associate’s degree with a total of 4 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. - 2 years experience in finance or accounting applying accounting principles and practices to establish and maintain accounting systems; operations experience acceptable. - 1 year experience with hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications, including data manipulation, querying databases, and 10-key use.
