Job Description
Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Applied Behavior Center
Role Description We are looking for remote BCBAs to provide a minimum of 20 hours of weekly clinical oversight for a caseload of up to 6 clients (typically 4-5 hours per week per client) including RBT supervision and parent training. Clients served at Applied Behavior Center for Autism range between the ages of 2 and 21, have a primary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, and receive ABA therapy in a clinic setting. Qualifications - At least two years of experience as a BCBA - Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) - Active Indiana Behavior Analyst License (LBA) Requirements - Provide 4-5 hours of consultation per week for each client - Create and maintain appointment schedules in Aloha - Ensure accurate and timely completion of session notes in Motivity at the end of each session - Update each client's programming goals and behavior intervention plan as needed - Meet with parents at least once a month to discuss progress and provide parent training - Provide training and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians during your consultation sessions - Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and ethical practice Benefits - 16 hours of paid training upon hire to become comfortable with company policies and procedures - Flexible self-scheduling - you will work directly with the Branch Manager of the location(s) you are assigned to provide consultations around your schedule - Free CEUs available via attendance at clinical meetings (we are an ACE Provider) (time not eligible for reimbursement)
