• Analizzare e formalizzare i requisiti delle funzioni Finance e Accounting. • Gestire evolutive, incident e change request in ambito SAP FI. • Supportare i processi SAP FI relativi a: o General Ledger; o Accounts Payable; o Accounts Receivable; o Asset Accounting; o pagamenti, incassi e riconciliazioni bancarie; o chiusure contabili. • Gestire le integrazioni di SAP FI con MM, SD e CO. • Redigere specifiche funzionali per sviluppi e integrazioni. • Coordinare sviluppatori ABAP e fornitori esterni. • Gestire test, UAT, rilascio e supporto agli utenti. • Analizzare log, job, IDoc e anomalie applicative.

• responsible for the accurate and timely validation and maintenance of critical provider information and inquiries • responsible for timely review, response, tracking, and routing of provider inquiries received via the Provider Engagement department email box and/or Provider Relationship Management System • works closely with both internal and external business partners to ensure Provider inquiries are handled within a timely manner • responsible for reviewing claims data and information • responsible for monthly Access and Availability monitoring as required by state regulatory requirements • oversees receipt of and coordinates provider inquiries from the provider network and responsible for reviewing, documenting, tracking, and routing all issues to ensure providers receive a timely response and permanent resolution • reviews/analyzes data by applying job knowledge and experience to ensure appropriate information has been provided • audits Rosters received in the provider relations department email box and works closely with the data team to ensure rosters submitted from providers are accurate • oversees Access & Availability monthly monitoring process • responsible for reviewing claims data in QNXT when provider’s inquiry involves claims payment adjudication • conducts or participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Support Policies, Procedures and Controls within PS Finance leveraging notifications and escalation as needed to meet internal and external requirements • Provide support to address and resolve any concerns and escalations raised within the department, particularly when Policies, Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, and/or Controls are integral to the resolution. • Work directly with Internal Audit Teams to ensure timely support of SOX and SOC Control testing. • Ensure support and evidence is accurate and timely. • Monitor the support for potential gaps in process • Work closely with PP&C Manager and Control Owners to close out potential audit findings identified through SOX Testing and Internal Audit Inspections performed by our SOX Control Assurance Team, internal and external Auditors • Support internal testing as an initiative-taking approach to ensure Controls are functioning as designed • Ensure Policies and Procedures related to PS Finance Controls meet compliance requirements as specified by the Compliance Adherence Team. • Work closely with business area Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure all Policies and Procedures are fully reviewed annually and process change(s) mid-cycle are documented timely to maintain integrity of all Policies and Procedures • Manage the internal P&P Portal submission and approval process, ensuring all enterprise compliance requirements are met • Provide formatting and editing support as needed • Work with Business Process Owners and SMEs to provide expertise and guidance on developing new Policies/Procedures and Standard Operating Processes. • Work with business process owners to ensure the attestation of Policies and Procedures in their business area. • Oversee external distributions by securing necessary approvals and ensuring that documents adhere to redaction standards before being shared externally. • Assist in enhancing processes by engaging in projects with Process Improvement (PI) teams, identifying requirements for any missing documentation, and addressing those gaps to ensure that processes are documented and stored on the SharePoint site.
