• Definir a visão do produto através do trabalho conjunto ao PM e às partes interessadas para atender as metas de negócio e do cliente, de forma clara; • Conduzir pesquisa de mercado, a ponto de identificar oportunidades, e possíveis obstáculos para o sucesso do produto; • Criar o roadmap do produto contendo os marcos progressivos de entregas do desenvolvimento do produto; • Priorizar o backlog do produto com base nas necessidades do usuário e as metas de entrega de desenvolvimento do produto; • Colaboração com equipes multifuncionais (Product Designers, Software Engineers, Agile Master, Product Manager, Equipe Ops); • Comunicar progressos às partes envolvidas (time) e interessada (stakeholders); • Definir e descrever histórias de usuário e seus critérios de aceite para desenvolvimento; • Descrever e comunicar requisitos de funcionais para cada ponto de desenvolvimentos;

Job Requirements

  • Atuar como Product Owner na evolução de soluções digitais voltadas para manufatura, Supply Chain, S&OP, planejamento e operações industriais;
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos claros e priorizados, alinhando stakeholders e times de tecnologia;
  • Gerenciar e priorizar o backlog do produto com foco em geração de valor, eficiência operacional e melhoria contínua;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas de Produção, Logística, Planejamento, Engenharia e TI para identificar oportunidades de otimização e transformação digital;
  • Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas a Supply Chain, S&OP, planejamento integrado e operações industriais;
  • Utilizar Analytics e indicadores industriais para apoiar a tomada de decisão, definição de prioridades e acompanhamento de resultados;
  • Conduzir atividades de discovery, levantamento de requisitos e validação de soluções junto às áreas de negócio;
  • Acompanhar métricas de produto e garantir alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos da organização;
  • Participar de alinhamentos com stakeholders locais e globais, contribuindo para a evolução contínua dos produtos e processos.

  • Experiência em ambientes industriais ou de manufatura;
  • Vivência com S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning);
