• Own paid acquisition strategy and hands-on execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, retargeting, paid social, and emerging channels. • Manage campaign performance, pacing, budget allocation, lead quality, and business impact. • Optimize campaign structure, targeting, keywords, audiences, creative, and offers to improve qualified lead generation and pipeline contribution. • Own paid media budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting in partnership with Finance, Sales and Marketing leadership. • Own the CRO roadmap across landing pages, demo request paths, forms, CTAs, and key conversion journeys. • Build and run a structured testing program across landing pages, messaging, offers, creative, forms, and funnel journeys. • Use AI tools to accelerate campaign analysis, creative testing, keyword research, audience research, competitive intelligence, and reporting. • Build repeatable growth systems that make paid acquisition, CRO, and experimentation more scalable and data driven. • Develop dashboards and recurring insights that show what is working, what is not, and where to invest next. • Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Marketing Operations, and Sales to improve campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline outcomes.

Role Description As Senior Product Manager, Clinical Workflow Solutions at Clarius, you will shape the future of ultrasound by developing simple, high-impact clinical workflows and evidence-based solutions. Working closely with the CTO, R&D, Data Science, Engineering, and Commercial teams, you'll identify unmet clinical needs, define product requirements, and generate the clinical evidence needed to support adoption and market success. Role Description The Clinical Specialist serves as a global clinical expert supporting sales, distributors, and customers through high-quality ultrasound education, product demonstrations, and field insights. This role blends hands-on clinical ultrasound expertise with customer-facing sales enablement to drive product adoption and support organizational growth. - Provide clinical leadership and expertise to support global sales initiatives. - Train distributors and customers to ensure confident, effective use of ultrasound products. - Demonstrate products in clinical and commercial settings to support sales conversion. - Deliver field insights to internal teams to guide product development, marketing, and strategy. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events, workshops, trainings, and business needs. Responsibilities Include - Distributor & Customer Training: - Train distributors on product features, clinical applications, competitive positioning, and sales techniques. - Deliver remote, personalized clinical in-services for new customers. - Conduct high-quality product demonstrations for point-of-care prospects to support sales conversion. - Sales & Marketing Support: - Demonstrate products at workshops, tradeshows, and medical congresses. - Support sales and marketing teams with clinical content, image acquisition, education, and technical expertise. - Help achieve global revenue goals through effective clinical engagement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (marketing, engineering, product). - Provide field feedback to guide product improvements and customer-driven innovation. - Support R&D and regulatory teams through clinical validation and testing of scanners, software, and app updates. Qualifications - Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Medical Clinical Ultrasound, Radiology, or Diagnostic Medical Sonography diploma (or equivalent). - Multilingual, professional German and English is a must. - Minimum 2 years of clinical scanning experience. - Experience delivering remote or commercial ultrasound training. - Point-of-care ultrasound experience required. - MSK knowledge and basic scanning skills required. - Adult cardiac and RVT experience is a plus. - Familiarity with ultrasound procedures across multiple specialties. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - High level of motivation, professionalism, and customer-focused mindset. - Ability to translate clinical expertise into effective sales support and education. Location This is a fully remote role, and we are primarily considering candidates located in the UK and Germany. However, other locations within Europe may be considered.
