• Manage and grow business with both end users and distributor partners. • Consult with customers to provide metal cutting solutions tailored to their manufacturing needs. • Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts. • Travel regularly throughout the territory (50-60%) to engage customers and partners. • Balance technical solution selling with territory planning, sales administration, and reporting.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of successful technical, consultative sales experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with proven experience in metal cutting or manufacturing solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a home or virtual office environment.
- Skilled in qualifying, demonstrating, and influencing customers.
- Proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented with a solution-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively in the region and surrounding areas.
- Must live inside the geographic assigned territory.
