• Manage and optimize sales and operational processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. • Maintain and analyze CRM data to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights. • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting. • Coordinate order processing, account management, and customer onboarding activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations. • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions. • Assist with pricing, contracts, renewals, and sales documentation. • Monitor service levels and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and executive leadership.

Qualifications - 1+ рік досвіду на позиції Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, Support Manager, Account Manager або схожій ролі; - Високий рівень письмової комунікації українською мовою; - Вміння працювати з великою кількістю задач та контекстів одночасно; - Уважність до деталей та відповідальність; - Вміння самостійно знаходити рішення та доводити задачі до результату; - Здатність швидко розбиратися в нових процесах та інструментах; - Вміння працювати в умовах невизначеності та швидких змін; - Базовий досвід роботи з Jira, Confluence або іншими task management. • Provide operational, sales, and compliance support to Independent Sales Agents within eHealth’s 1099 program • Serve as a primary contact for agent inquiries related to systems, compliance, commissions, contracts, and sales support • Deliver real time support via chat and Microsoft Teams office hours • Host sales training and upskilling sessions for 1099 agents • Maintain accurate agent records, compliance documentation, and Ready to Sell status • Conduct compliance follow-ups and support corrective actions as needed • Monitor agent performance and identify coaching, training, and live sales support opportunities • Share agent feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of the ISA program • Demonstrate eHealth’s core values in daily work and decision-making
