• Own and grow a portfolio of carrier and telco partnerships • Build and own a joint business plan for each anchor partner • Carry and exceed new and expansion ARR targets across the partner portfolio • Build and drive partner enablement, train and certify partner sellers and SEs • Build executive sponsorship and seller-level mindshare across each partner
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in technology sales, channel, or strategic alliances
- Direct experience building or scaling relationships with carriers, telcos, or large national partners
- Strong command of cybersecurity and/or enterprise mobility go-to-market
- Proven track record building partner enablement programs
- Ability to influence and build trust at both the executive and field-seller levels
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality comfortable creating joint plans

Role Description We are hiring an Account Manager for our client to serve as a trusted partner to the agency’s clients, guiding them through their digital marketing journey and ensuring long-term success. You’ll manage 25–30 client accounts , acting as the bridge between clients and the internal delivery team to ensure goals are met and relationships remain strong. This is not a task-ticking role. We’re looking for someone with high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills, who can explain digital marketing concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, attentive, and comfortable managing both expectations and performance. Experience working in digital marketing agencies is required. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager or related field. - Proficiency in organizational tools and CRMs like ClickUp, GoHighLevel, etc. - Solid understanding of digital marketing factors, mainly Web design, SEO, and Google Ads. - Friendly, confident demeanor with a standout smile and energy that puts clients at ease. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and strong project management skills. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and fix issues proactively. - Fluent in English, oral and written. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned customer accounts. • Create and execute strategic account plans focused on customer retention, growth, and long-term partnership development. • Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and priorities, aligning Velsera solutions to support their success. • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of Velsera products and services. • Lead customer renewal discussions and support contract negotiations to ensure continued customer success and business growth. • Anticipate and mitigate customer challenges through proactive engagement and account management methodologies. • Partner closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Support, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Facilitate regular business reviews and executive stakeholder meetings to communicate value, outcomes, and future opportunities. • Manage up-to-date activity, account planning, forecasting, renewals, and expansion opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle. • Maintain a current and appropriate understanding of Velsera's product portfolio, genomics, bioinformatics analysis, and customer-related scientific direction. • Develop and deliver presentations, business reviews, proposals, and strategic recommendations to meet expressed and anticipated customer needs. • Follow industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and strengthen Velsera's position within customer accounts. • Maintain a strategic plan for all assigned accounts and provide regular account updates, forecasts, and growth opportunities to senior leadership. • Support customer adoption initiatives and advocate internally for customer requirements and feedback. • Active participation at industry meetings and conferences as required to represent Velsera. • Travel may be required up to 30%.
