Operations Project Manager – Temporary Assignment

• Lead cross-functional operational projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities. • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, communication strategies, and implementation schedules. • Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource requirements, proactively developing mitigation plans. • Track project milestones and deliverables while providing regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership. • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and executive updates to ensure alignment and accountability. • Manage multiple concurrent projects across a geographically dispersed portfolio of locations. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, profitability, and service delivery. • Analyze operational workflows and recommend process enhancements that support scalability and consistency. • Partner with field leaders to assess operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions. • Develop standardized tools, templates, and best practices to improve project execution and operational performance. • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and operational assessments. • Lead operational readiness planning for new service offerings, retail programs, wellness initiatives, and business expansion projects. • Coordinate implementation activities across Operations, Marketing, Training, Facilities, and Technology teams. • Ensure locations are prepared with required staffing, equipment, supplies, signage, systems, and training resources. • Monitor implementation effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve execution and adoption. • Evaluate pilot programs and provide recommendations for broader deployment. • Support new location openings, remodels, relocations, refresh projects, and closures. • Coordinate project activities with landlords, airport authorities, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational readiness milestones. • Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations regarding facility improvements and customer experience enhancements. • Support capital expenditure planning by gathering operational requirements, field feedback, and project data. • Develop communication plans that support operational change initiatives. • Partner with field leadership to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and operational standards. • Facilitate training and transition activities related to project implementations. • Serve as a primary point of contact for operational project stakeholders. • Manage issue resolution and escalation processes throughout project lifecycles. • Develop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics. • Analyze operational data to measure project effectiveness and business impact. • Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for leadership review. • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for operational improvement. • Support annual planning efforts through project forecasting, resource planning, and operational analysis. • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful project execution. • Manage vendor relationships associated with operational initiatives and facility projects. • Ensure vendors meet established timelines, service standards, and contractual obligations. • Support procurement activities related to operational projects and facility improvements. • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
• Serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing key operational, healthcare, wellness, and public health-related programs across XWELL's portfolio. • Provide leadership, support, and oversight for additional company initiatives and special projects as assigned. • Partner closely with Operations, Clinical Services, Compliance, Technology, People, and Executive Leadership teams. • Responsible for program governance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement activities. • Develop and maintain productive relationships with government agencies, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders. • Oversee all required CDC reporting activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent execution of program processes and protocols.
• The Compliance Manager is responsible for leading compliance, regulatory oversight, quality assurance, and safety programs across XpresTest operations. • This role serves as the primary resource for ensuring adherence to federal, state, local, airport, and healthcare-related regulations while supporting operational excellence and risk mitigation. • The Compliance Manager partners closely with Operations, Clinical Leadership, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Legal, Facilities, Information Security, and site leadership to develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve compliance programs, policies, training, and standard operating procedures. • The position plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory readiness, supporting audits and inspections, promoting workplace safety, and ensuring the consistent delivery of compliant testing services across all locations.
• Observe in-store customer journeys to understand service flow and engagement points • Document key steps in the customer experience, including opportunities for enhancement • Support identification of service improvements that align with brand standards • Assist in gathering and organizing basic performance data (KPIs) • Learn how metrics are used to evaluate store and operational performance • Support preparation of basic business reviews and summaries • Observe daily store operations, including workflows and team interactions • Review systems and in-store processes to identify opportunities for efficiency • Assist in drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials • Spend time in-store observing customer flow and operational execution • Take detailed notes and contribute to process documentation • Participate in team discussions and share observations and insights • Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing HR policies, procedures, and documents across corporate and field operations • Organize and categorize documentation by HR function (e.g., onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits) • Develop and apply standardized SOP templates for consistency and usability • Draft, edit, and format SOP documents to ensure clarity and alignment with company standards • Create supporting process maps and workflow documentation where applicable • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and redundancies in current HR documentation • Partner with HR stakeholders to validate processes and ensure accuracy • Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, clarity, and employee/manager experience • Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners to gather insights and feedback • Participate in team meetings and working sessions to align on priorities and deliverables • Support the development and execution of a structured 12-week project plan • Track progress against milestones and deliverables • Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and key outcomes
