Our client is a growing organization focused on driving measurable business growth through data-driven digital marketing and paid media strategies. As the company continues expanding its marketing efforts, they are seeking a PPC Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns while leveraging modern AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and performance. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to create high-performing campaigns that generate meaningful business results. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads. The PPC Specialist will oversee campaign performance, conversion tracking, landing page optimization, reporting, and AI-enabled process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize return on investment. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys campaign strategy, performance analysis, conversion optimization, and continuous experimentation. Location: Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities - Campaign Setup & Management - Plan, configure, and launch Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max. - Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and account structures to maximize ROI. - Implement and maintain tracking through Google Tag Manager and advertising pixels. - Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations. - Support Meta Ads campaigns as business needs require. - Landing Page & Conversion Optimization - Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting landing pages. - Apply conversion rate optimization principles to improve campaign performance. - Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing pages. - Continuously optimize user journeys to improve conversions and lead quality. - Analytics & Reporting - Monitor campaign performance using GA4 and advertising platform reporting tools. - Develop recurring performance reports and actionable recommendations. - Analyze trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve campaign outcomes. - Provide insights that support ongoing optimization efforts. - Process & AI Integration - Utilize AI tools to improve campaign setup, optimization, ad copy generation, and reporting. - Develop automated workflows that improve campaign monitoring and reporting efficiency. - Research emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in paid media. - Continuously improve processes through automation and AI-assisted workflows. - Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Communicate campaign performance, recommendations, and results to stakeholders. - Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align campaign execution with business objectives. - Support team development by sharing PPC knowledge and best practices. - Contribute to strategic discussions related to campaign growth and performance. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads. - Hands-on experience managing Google Ads Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns. - Experience implementing and managing tracking through Google Tag Manager and advertising pixels. - Experience using GA4 and analytics platforms to evaluate campaign performance. - Experience conducting A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives. - Experience supporting paid media campaigns across multiple channels. - Experience with Meta Ads is preferred. - Experience working with Shopify and landing page optimization is a strong plus. - Experience communicating campaign performance to stakeholders or clients is a plus.
