Senior Content and Communications Manager

• Own and drive the content calendar — ensuring consistent publishing cadence and clear cross-functional visibility into what's planned and when • Develop derivative content from pillar pieces: blog posts, social content, worksheets, and email snippets that extend the reach of core themes across channels • Interview QW's leaders and subject matter experts to extract the insights that fuel case studies, thought leadership, and pillar content • Build and own the customer case study program end-to-end — from customer identification and outreach through interviews, writing, and publication • Partner with Brand on social strategy, then own day-to-day execution across active channels • Write and edit email copy, ad copy, and webinar content in support of demand generation and campaign initiatives • Support PR and earned media efforts in partnership with the Brand team • Step in as the editorial resource across marketing whenever strong writing or brand voice calibration is needed — this is a real part of the job, not an afterthought • Apply SEO and AEO best practices independently to all content — keyword research, search intent, content structure — to maximize organic reach
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify and prioritize high-leverage AI automation opportunities • Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled services and agent-based workflows end-to-end • Rapidly prototype solutions to validate value before committing to full production builds • Implement multi-step AI workflows with tool usage, data retrieval, and external system integration • Build and maintain API-driven backend services supporting AI-powered applications • Create frontend components and user interfaces that support AI workflows • Integrate AI systems with enterprise data platforms, CRM tools, and business systems • Design testing strategies to ensure AI outputs are accurate, reliable, and safe for production • Build observability, logging, and monitoring into AI services from the start • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards • Contribute to architectural reviews and help shape platform standards and best practices
• Advise customers on employee listening and performance management design — survey structure, question writing, and cadence • Analyze survey results and help customers find the signal in the noise • Present findings and recommendations to HR leaders and executive audiences with clarity and confidence • Coach customers on engagement, performance management, employee growth and development, and recognition and rewards best practices • Partner with Customer Success and Implementation Managers to drive value, adoption, and retention • Build process efficiencies and scalable content that improve service delivery without sacrificing quality • Contribute to thought leadership in employee engagement, performance management, and employee listening • Occasional travel may be required (less than 5%)
